Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Drop Off or Schedule

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
